  Social Policy

The social policy at VERNET revolves around three main themes :

  • Global remuneration
  • Employability of staff
  • Management tuned in to staff needs
  •

The global remuneration at VERNET is built on several criteria’s for social progress :

Anticipated pay raises compensate increases in the cost of living. This social protection measure was maintained when the 35 hours were implemented.

Individual pay raises aim at taking into account the involvement & of the qualification of each person.

Employees are rewarded when VERNET achieve good results. Agreement signed in 1988 & codicil in 2004 (Implementation of a PEE).

Profit sharing scheme : put in place in 2003.

Other benefits specific to VERNET: Seniority bonus, meal allowance, transport allowance, & private insurance partly financed by the company.

The employability of the staff is a major concern for the management.
This employability is built thanks to training, mobility, flexibility, & involvement.

A quality detector policy has been put in place thus the management is constantly tuned in.
The management has wagered its future on the anticipation of professional evolutions in order to accompany the firm in its development.
Flexibility & team work are genuine assents for VERNET. With 400 people in Ollainville & Cinq Mars La Pile relations remain direct and authentic.
