The Behr Thermot-tronik Group is currently undergoing a restructuring process. In the future, the Company will refocus on its core business, the thermostatic regulation for automotive and industrial applications.

This is why the sanitary and heating activity has been sold to Vernet in France on July 1st of 2009.

The worldwide positions acquired by these two Companies complete each other strongly and in a remarkable way, either from the activity or the geographical area standpoint. Behr, one of the major market players in sanitary, has gained considerable market share in the heating sector in Europe. Vernet, for its part, has kept its expansion trend in particular in the sanitary world in Europe and in the US.
